Sorry, but the company has ceased to provide its Will Writing services. We wrote to all our clients on the 31 July 2008, to advise them according. (see below)

It has always been our aim to provide an exceptional service at an affordable price, making our service accessible to ALL, which I think we have achieved.

 

However, the current financial climate has significantly reduced the profitability of the service provided by the company and it is with deep regret that I notify you of our decision to cease trading with immediate effect. For your information, I advise that you read through the following questions and answers:

 

Is my Will or other documents produced by Family First Wills Ltd still valid?

 

Yes, as long as your documents were signed in accordance with the instructions provided,

they remain valid.

 

You do not need to do anything, unless you want to make changes to your Will or other documents produced for you by Family First Wills Ltd. The Society of Will Writers would be happy to assist in finding a local will writer in your area should you need to update your Will (or any other relevant documents).

What about my Will which I stored through Family First Wills Ltd?

 

If you asked us to arrange storage of your Will (and/or other documents), you will be aware that your Will/documents are stored with Kings Court Trust Corporation plc, which is a separate company and they will continue to keep your Will/documents.

 

Your Will/documents can be retrieved when required by contacting Kings Court Trust Corporation plc directly.
